Situation: A small-medium sized mining company is currently exploring the feasibility of developing a new mine in South Australia. They have environmental managers interstate who manage their environmental liabilities at other mine sites, but they are not familiar with the South Australian situation. They do not want to take on a full-time environmental manager for the South Australian site, until they are sure that they are going ahead with it.

Solution: Eco Pro Tem is engaged to provide a part-time environmental manager, who is familiar the processes required to establish a new mine in South Australia. They help prepare applications for exploration permits, Mining licences, leases and Mining and Rehabilitation Plans as they are required. Once the mine site is established, EcoInterim assist the client recruit  an environmental manager for the site or to up-skill an existing member.
